The Making of the Doris Duke Artist Award

Video Producer

I was responsible for working with an external video production partner and our Marketing Director to produce the case study video for MDLBeast's Soundstorm. I met with the video vendor and our Marketing team to check off all our boxes in pre-production, was in touch and guiding directing the video team / photo team during production remotely (the event was in Saudi Arabia), and then worked closely with their post team to provide feedback/notes on the edit.

To celebrate glue's biggest year, I was responsible for creating a sizzle reel that highlighted the entire team and the projects produced in 2022. Compiling over 70 employees into After Effects 3D camera tracker to create mosaics of the team as well as pulling from 2 TB's worth of video content.

I was responsible for the creative development and direction of this video as well as working alongside a larger team to coordinate logistics, source vendor, production quotes, and scheduling for shoots. I oversaw the post-production process and liaised between the in-house team, our production partner CoenFilm, as well as the client to deliver this video. This work won productionglue their first Telly Awards for Cinematography & Video Editing.

Cornell Tech - Innovacion Monumental

Video Producer

I was responsible for working with an external video production company, CoenFilm and our internal producing team as well as our client Cornell Tech. Our client came to us with a vision of exploring how robotics, drones, VR, and choreography could intersect creatively. Together, we tapped Ballet Hispanico to bring the choreography and concept to life. I then worked closely with a post editor based in Montréal to bring it to screen where it premiered at Cornell Tech's 10th Anniversary event on Roosevelt Island.

Employee Appreciation Day Message

I was responsible for quickly capturing our CEO onsite and directing/recording his remarks for Employee Appreciation Day. The challenge was striking the balance of it not being too formal or serious/capturing his good humored side. I worked with the CEO, SVP Marketing, and Marketing Director for feedback/approval.

MDLBeast Balad Beast Case Study

I was responsible for covering the inaugural Balad Beast in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia for productionglue's Marketing. The plan called for extensive coverage of the event and I was part of a larger on the ground team that captured interviews, behind the scenes, and festival footage over the span of one week. Afterwards, I began post-production on this piece to be submitted for the 2022 Awards cycle.

Red Sea International Film Festival

I was responsible for sourcing coordinators at our company and scheduling them for interviews, developing questions to engage them about their careers. I was also responsible for capturing b-roll footage of them working on projects to incorporate into this edit. Lastly, I edited this together and then created a cut down version that acted as a teaser for usage on socials.

I was responsible for capturing the 3rd edition of the Red Sea International Film Festival in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia for productionglue's marketing. The plan included extensive coverage over a 9 day period that featured red carpets, media and press, screenings, and special Q&A panels. Between all of the festival happenings, we also had to capture the after parties which included concerts and special performances. Afterwards, I worked with our team on an aggressive timeline to meet our awards campaign deadlines. This is the resulting edit from that campaign.

I was responsible for working with BrooklynFAM to capture their annual BrooklynFAM Festival in Prospect Park. This including liaising with their team, coordinating with vendors to get access to audio boards/feeds, and making sure I had the correct gear to capture the festivities of the day. I then worked with BrooklynFAM to create a sizzle reel they could use on their socials.

I was responsible for a team of shooters, editors, and designers for 100+ pieces of content from film shoots of speakers to short segments that involved 1,000's of student submitted content to the branding and design identity. This work was produced for productionglue.

Johns Hopkins University Convocation

I was responsible for directing and filming several key stakeholders in-person as well as remote shoots over zoom in summer of 2020. I was also responsible for supervising post-production and motion graphics. We adhered to CDC and public health guidelines around social distancing and sanitation of equipment for talent and enlisted a COVID Compliance Officer certified through Big Marker's Health Education Service. This work was produced for productionglue.
